While zeroing in on this group, he recognized a trend he hadn’t been able to see before. This new point of view was the inspiration for creating a product that would solve a big problem for these clients. He then realized the available market was large in comparison, and now that he had honed in on his value proposition, he could work on scaling properly.

Patrick joined up with Conquest Training Systems to help him with the invention of a new company, which was a conglomerate of several projects linked together. By integrating these tools and becoming laser-focused, Patrick launched a company that helps new customers project profit and reduce or eliminate the amount of scope changes on a project.
